It allows me total control of all my client stations right from my main computer, it has a great POS system to simpllify the process of selling stuff to customers, barcode scanning for their accounts, employee administrative functions.it has everything I need! And now with the new version out that allows Insteon controls to be used, I can now control console games like the XBox 360s and PS3s in my shop to sell timecodes and accounts to these users. Pros: - There is a new version 5.1 that is even better then the 4.X versions! - Progam is always being worked on to add functionality, and improve performance.

Managing a cyber cafe is done much easier if you have a special application to lock computers automatically, instead of coming up to a user, patting him on the back and telling him that his time is up. CyberCafePro offers a complete solution for managing an Internet and gaming cafe. It works with any receipt printer, cash drawer and barcode scanner and it provides timing, security, and various administration features. The software was originally free to try for a certain period of time and it did not come cheap, but now, CyberCafePro is absolutely free. It comes in two modules, the server and the client, which are very easy to install on any computer. When you launch the program for the first time, a wizard will help you make a few initial configurations. Your network settings will be made automatically and you just need to allow the software through your firewall.

Once the server module is installed on a computer, you may set up the client on other computers, from your local network. After installing the client, the computer will show up as an icon on the administrator's interface (the server) instantly. You can select it and use a series of controls, located on the left side of the interface, to lock or unlock the computer, send messages, transfer files reboot or shut it down. You can perform these actions globally, or on individual computers.

Right clicking a computer's icon will reveal options for starting or stopping sessions and executing other commands. A client computer's desktop is locked by default. Instead of the Windows desktop, you will find a neat interface, with a series of details, like start and end times, charges and more.
