In this video I demo the fact that most Wasr10/63s have more matching serial numbers then Arsenal AKs do. If you watch the nutnfancy video where he goes to the Arsenal factory. You will see Walker English show nutnfancy a couple of Wasr10/63s that HE went and got. And he shows how the serial number on the bolt doesnt match the boltcarrier. And then shows the bolt and boltcarrier from his Arsenal rifle. And the bolt SN matches the boltcarrier. I bet if he took the rest of those wasr10/63s apart he would have looked stupid.

May 06, 2010  I have never seen any serial number data for preban AK's. Since they were imported from at least (3) different countries, during the mid to late 80's time frame. Mostly by different companies that are now out of business, you might have a hard time obtaining them.

The reason Walker would look stupid is because The Arsenal rifles only have 2 matching SN's. And they don't even match the reciever SN. All my WASR10/63s have way more matching parts. This WASR10/63 has at least 6 matching SN's. 3 times what the 'GREAT' Arsenal rifles have.

• Has a blued finish like the AK-47 and unlike the AKM, which has a black oxide finish or a parkerized finish. Has 'in the white' bolt carrier, while the AKM bolt carrier is blued. • Like the AK-47, sights will only adjust to 800 metres, whereas AKM sights adjust to 1000 metres. • Nearly all Type 56's lack the side mount plate that was featured on many variations of the AK-47 and AKM. • Lacks the hammer release delay device of the AKM.
